SoluLab understands the client’s needs.

Nilesh PANCHAL

SoluLab understands the client’s needs. They understand what are their interests and what will be the best user journey by analyzing the psychology of their target audience. With a clear mind and realistic approach, they are bold enough to say no when it is not necessarily bringing the best ROI out of any other competition.

They identified the target demographic based on data from our initial conversations and the team designed a web and mobile development strategy. They provided user research, usability studies, and user interviews to determine the user journey. The process of research and design included interviews with users, stakeholder analysis, and competitive analysis to determine the strategic value of the project.

In short, they are creative and aggressive and with a carefully planned out development plan, they avoided any unnecessary expenses.

On-demand Liquor Delivery Mobile App Developer, highly recommended!

Dipanjan Chatterjee
posted on 4/3/19
I am co-founder and current CEO of Bevvi. Our dream was to build a platform that caters to enterprise customers who are looking to procure alcohol online for events and special uses. SoluLab was referred to us by a common business friend. The very first meeting was so impressive that we did not gave a second thought of assigning this project to anyone else.

The most impressive thing about SoluLab was everything got designed and developed inhouse by experienced developers. We had rough draft of wireframes but they improved it with their designing and added the elements of branding and personality.

The app recently got launched on App Store and Play Store.
Since the launch of this version of the app, we have gotten all positive feedback. Not only users are admiring the app design but we are also experiencing good amount of downloads with high user retention.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The product they developed is not just a stereotype on-demand delivery mobile app but it is the best liquor store locator and a rare source to find alcohol.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They are good at what all they do, just keep doing what they are doing.

SoluLab – The Epitome of Blockchain and IPFS Development Industry

Chris Mills

Working with the team of SoluLab was an overwhelming experience. The entire project was divided into small steps and the work was done in a stepwise manner. Most importantly, each of the steps was completed within the specified deadline without any kind of delay. Each of the team members of SoluLab is an expert in their field. They have in-depth knowledge in whatever they are doing and hence results are always excellent.
The initial phase of the project was the discovery phase. The phase included feature listing, developing wireframes, and creating user stories. The next phase was creation of the design. A software called Figma was used to create designs. Then the architecture was set up, design was integrated, smart contracts were developed, and API was integrated by using React Javascript. The penultimate step was quality analysis and finally production deployment. It was done by using Kubernetes to run Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines.
Pros :
  • I would certainly like to appreciate the entire team of SoluLab for their perfect planning, appropriate implementation of plans, and producing the des
Cons :
  • I do not have anything to add at this time.

TRUPR

David Crowley

When approaching a new development project, the biggest challenge for one can be assembling the right team to effectively carry out the plan of action. As my team and I set out to build and design our app platform company, Trupr, we knew that we needed to hire a team that was reliable, responsible, and effective in iterating solutions to new challenges.

Solulab was and is a dream to work with. The team is not only professional and effective in the execution of their tasks; but, are each wonderful to work with. All interactions with a Solulab team member were both productive and inspiring.

Naresh and Rajat were especially instrumental in helping Trupr develop creative ways to problem-solve arising user flow situations. The team has a thorough understanding of what a company needs to effectively accomplish a task and actively seeks to do everything in their power to facilitate.

Solulab has been diligent and inspiring in their work. My team and I couldn't have asked for a better group of developers and look forward to continuing our professional relationship with their talented team.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Diligent Respectful Actively aims to achieve solutions to arising problems/ scenarios Helpful Reliable Makes themselves easily accessible Truly listens to the needs of the client

SoluLab Review

J.D. Salbego
posted on 6/4/21
We were looking for the best in the blockchain industry to be our tech partner on the blockchain side as we wanted to go live at a very aggressive timeline and the project was one of a kind and had deep technical challenges.

Upon contacting SoluLab we realized that they have a local presence in Santa Monica where our Game development team is also located. The SoluLab team understood our complex idea pretty quickly and were able to provide an effective solution proposal in no time.

From the start the SoluLab team took charge of blockchain development and went beyond our expectations in meeting the timeline with quality. In just 45 days of the project we went from concept to Alpha which allowed us an early market entry and test with our alpha users.

Communication is key in successful project execution and the SoluLab team made sure that the communication channel is always open and everyone is on the same page. They also interacted really well with the game development studio that allowed us to seamlessly launch the platform.

They also went above and beyond to help us which is why they desrve this review.

SoluLab, crowned as a top blockchain developer, is true to their work.

Travis Howard

SoluLab worked closely with E-Motive's team to define the scope and laid out the plan of action so all the parties involved have a clear idea of deadlines, targets, and expected results.

The whole project was divided into 3 main stages Discovery, Development, and last Marketing. We were highly impressed by the way they conducted the discovery phase in scoping out industry insights and USPs that will help us become unique. The feature list was very clearly defined without stretching unnecessary functionalities and wireframes created for the platform were created keeping the best UX concepts in mind.

In development, we witnessed top-notch expertise in execution and quickly resolving issues if came into existence. From marketing websites to whitepaper development, we were impressed in every aspect. And excited for the next and final marketing stage planned ahead with SoluLab.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They listened to my every need.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Directional smart contract integration.

Great team

Tiago Domingos

Our biggest technology problem is that a lot of stuff being done on a marketing front and development of tools for clients has been pretty static. When I joined the firm, my idea was to really give some fresh air not only to the company, but to the industry as a whole. We decided we were going to change everything we were doing in terms of marketing. A lot of our systems were very old, from websites to internal systems we used that didn’t talk to each other.

When I approached Solu Lab, the goal was to have a technology partner more than a one-off development team for a specific project. Their task has evolved from hot fixing and fire drills around issues with the website or a piece of technology, all the way to building a web portal, a customer app, and so forth.

They’re very organized and flexible. I’ve worked with multiple teams, and I don’t like to impose on the kind of tools they use internally to manage projects. I’m very flexible with that, and SoluLab is good at using multiple products. Everything is very well-tracked. We use Trello for some stuff, Basecamp for some stuff, and JIRA for bug-tracking.

I think it’s their ability to be flexible on an ad hoc basis. It’s very nice to be able to have a call at 10:00 p.m. knowing that a task will be done by 7:00 am. The constant updating of the project scope and flexibility in reacting to those changes is really good.

Excellent Tech Partner

Vishal Leuva
posted on 28/7/18
We had approached them for blockchain adoption feasibility study and ICO Advisory services. Journey with them was extremely smooth. Starting from drafting whitepapers and preparation of smart contracts to token creation, marketing and distribution, they did the excellent job. They also designed a website and landing page for our ICO project and helped us out in defining hard and soft caps.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They actually did the same what they claim. They added their hearts to the technology. The utilization of proof-of-stake consensus algorithm is what we liked the most.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

No comments on improvements, but just a suggestion - they can also get involved in listing of ICOs.

Executive Interview
Rajat Lala
Rajat Lala
Co-Founder , SoluLab
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
SoluLab is a leading Blockchain, AI and IoT Development Company, started by ex-vice president of Goldman Sachs and ex-principal software architect of Citrix. SoluLab provides full-spectrum, 360-degree services to enterprises, start-ups, and entrepreneurs, helping turn their dreams into excellent software products.

I am a co-founder at SoluLab. My primary role is to encourage employee-friendly culture, implement strategies, build a brand, and ensure that whatever solutions we make, create value for businesses.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our solutions have made our clients more productive and more successful. Some of our products were technically so potential that it even helped rise Venture Capital funding. In all, we put our legs into the shoes of our clients to understand their requirements and we add heart to technology while delivering their desired output.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater to varied industries like Education, Health and Fitness, Entertainment and Media, BFSI, Transportation and Logistics, Travel and Tourism, Retail and eCommerce, and Energy. We have also worked on a small project of the Real Estate industry. We mainly accept plans based on the brainstorming at the research and discovery phase and the technologies we plan to use. Because in the end, what matters most are the result-oriented efforts in the right direction, regardless of the industries we serve.

More than 50% of our clients are repetitive. In NYC and LA, there were many clients, in their start-up phase, with whom we have worked. And, the solutions we have developed for them were self-sustaining.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Under the umbrella of blockchain, our expertise lies in enterprise blockchain solution development, blockchain consulting, smart contracts development, ICO Advisory and Launch, and dApp development. We also have the upper hand in developing AI and IoT based mobility solutions.
Which platform do you prefer to use when developing a blockchain application? Why?
Depending upon the requirements, we prefer using Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Ripple, Corda, and Quorum. Our choice of platform mainly depends upon many factors that include, but not limited to, permissioned vs. permissionless network, tokenization, and creation of crypto, frameworks and their languages, and granularity of the security.
What tech stack and tools do your developers use?
Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, Truffle, R3Corda, Ripple, Quorum, IOTA and similar others.
Are open source, decentralized protocols going to be more significant than their web equivalent?
Perhaps yes! More and more start-ups and small businesses are evolving across the globe, at the speed of light. It will definitely boost the significance of open-source decentralized protocols.
What scalability and throughput challenges are there with blockchain? What solutions would you suggest?
Currently, all blockchain are structured as P2P network. The most-talked problem with blockchain scalability is a growing number of transactions and its impact on nodes. Blockchain becomes weaker as nodes are added to it, because inter-node latency logarithmically rises as each new node is added. However, there are solutions as well. Increase the block size or use less bytes to represent information in the block, change from proof of work to proof of stake, implement sharding, and others.
Will the success rate of ICOs be better or worse than tech start-ups?
Comparison of ICOs and tech start-ups is a misguided debate. ICOs are definitely doing better than IPOs, since it’s not just an ordinary fund-raising tool. But, the lack of awareness and education is pushing its adoption rate little behind. Though, as of now, roughly 25% of the tech start-ups fail in their first year and 99% of the ICOs fail after their launch, the numbers are going to swap soon. Just, a little more scrutiny is required to evaluate the project.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
Usually, we consider the complexity of features, required integrations, given timeline and urgency, team size, and technologies to provide a ball-park estimation of the overall project cost. And the final price is arrived upon, based on customizations we carry out.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
In most cases, our engagement model is based on a charge per man-hour. In rare cases, we prefer project-based fixed pricing model and retainer pricing model.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
From 10000 USD to 250000 USD per project.
Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
