Southshore is extremely pleased to announce that our Benton Harbor, Michigan distribution center and warehousing operations have recently received a score of 980 out of a possible 1,000 points from an AIB International, Inc. (American Institute of Baking) on-site food safety inspection audit. This rigorous and comprehensive compliance audit conducted by AIB confirmed that Southshore’s warehouse operations continue to meet and exceed AIB’s key requirements for keeping stored food products wholesome and safe for Southshore’s customers. Southshore initially received AIB certification for the Benton Harbor distribution center in April 2014.
