Spina & Company, LLC is a certified public accounting firm and property management company, located in the heart of the Art Museum/Fairmont neighborhood. Our real estate division's core foundation is centered around the research and acquisition of any size property, which includes renovation construction, sales, purchasing, and full charge property management. The Spina team currently owns and manages over 400 units throughout Center City Philadelphia. Additionally, we lease apartments, while providing full maintenance and property management services.
