Founded in 2025 by Ashok Bugude, an MIT Manipal and IIT Bombay engineer with 13+ years across enterprise engineering and consulting delivery including roles at EY, Honeywell, Sutherland, Codvo and Zensar, the firm runs on one principle: engagements are led directly by the solution architect rather than routed through account layers. You work with the person designing the system.

Our focus is moving AI from pilot demonstrations into production. That means evaluation harnesses, access boundaries, audit-friendly workflows and controlled rollout, the scaffolding that keeps a system reliable past its first quarter, which is where most enterprise AI programs stall.
