Starfish is the first Romanian gamification-based events agency. Founded in 2010 (under the name Life After Work), Starfish aims to help companies evolve through play, both as a team, through internal events and as a brand, through public events. Starfish understands the relationship with each client as a partnership, in which consulting opens any dialogue. Only after we understand the specifics of the team and the company we work with do we come up with solutions that meet clear needs.
