STAT Logistics

STAT Logistics International, Inc. was originally founded in 1992 as Freight Solutions International, Inc. In 1996, the founders entered into a joint venture by selling forty percent of the company and successfully built Freight Solutions International to over 50 million dollars in annual revenue.

In June 2001 the founders sold their remaining sixty percent interest in the joint venture company, while retaining their original company and changing its name to STAT Logistics International, Inc.

In 2002 the original founders of Freight Solutions International, Inc. with more than 35 years of combined experience emerged with STAT Logistics International, Inc., a full service domestic and international provider of customized transportation and logistics services.
