Sterksen has been working on innovative recruitment services since 2002 and is the market leader in IT & Technology recruitment and specialized RPO services. From our offices in Breda and Utrecht we serve both the Dutch and the international market, with a focus on northwestern Europe. In 2019 Sterksen mediated about 2000 candidates for permanent positions and also realized about 140 interim deployments!

In addition to IT & Technology searches, Sterksen has also been providing broader Talent Sourcing and RPO services since 2004. In 2012, the group was strengthened with an Executive Search practice, aimed at intensive Senior Executive search processes for international clients from our office in Utrecht. In 2015, Sterksen further strengthened its position within the RPO domain with the acquisition of FellowsGroup.

Sterksen is a member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) and is NEN ISO 4400-1 certified by the Labor Standards Foundation.
