We switched from an alternative as our operations scaled to Asia and the pass rates for user verification dropped as we've had no prior expertise on the market. There were so many unknown documents and some of them would not be automatically recognized, so we would have to process them manually. This was a nightmare since we would have to quickly hire the locals. Out costs skyrocketed while the conversion rates dropped compared to what we have in the US. Switching to Sumsub was great. It was rather smooth and quick and they cover so many more documents worldwide that we no longer needed any manual checks.
