Surehand is an AI operations studio. We put AI agents on the operations that cannot afford a black box: claims intake and triage for third-party administrators and insurers, three-way invoice matching in accounts payable, and customer support answers drawn only from an approved policy corpus.

What makes us different is that governance is the product, not a feature. Every run passes five gates - declared scope, role manifest, hard limits, human review, and a sealed record. Every run carries a spend ceiling checked before each metered call, not reconciled after. Anything the agent is not sure about is held for a named approver rather than guessed at. Every action lands in an append-only, hash-linked record, so when a client, auditor or regulator asks what happened, you show them.

Our services span AI agent development, business process and workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, custom Python), document AI and OCR intake, LLM and RAG integration, API/CRM/ERP integration, and legacy system modernisation.

We run fixed-price engagements: a teardown of the target process, then deployment, then an operating retainer. We stay and operate what we ship for 30 days after launch.
