Swenson He proved to be an exceptional partner throughout our project. Their responsiveness and clear communication made them a pleasure to work with. Despite our budget constraints, they collaborated with us to identify key features and deliver a reliable product that users could trust and scale effectively. We don't know what we don't know -- That was our biggest worry before going live to a large scale audience (and spending a ton on digital ads). While we had developed an MVP, we had little knowledge of whether or not our infrastructure was up to the task for this larger scale. In a world where you only get one chance for your marketing dollars to matter and first impressions are everything with a mobile app, Swenson He gave us the confidence we needed to press forward. The Engineers and Product people at Swenson He immediately ramped up on our code base and infrastructure and quickly put in to place database and cloud optimizations along with robust performance reporting so we knew exactly what we could handle (with the load tests to back it up). Beyond the technical expertise, they assisted us in creating and prioritizing a long term roadmap for features, becoming a natural extension of our team. They were 100% along with us for the ride, understanding not only our product, but our customers as well.

Charlie Huang, the founder of tiderC, is focused on ending hunger among college students. This is a significant problem in the US and around the world. Between 20% and 50% of the students on college campuses do not have enough money to pay for nutritious meals. Charlie hired Swenson He to develop the mobile application that students can use with partner restaurants to "eat now and pay later" - after they graduate from college. Swenson He has done a magnificent job in several areas: 1. Design and development of the app itself 2. Design and development of the website for tiderC.com 3. getting the app placed in the Apple App store in record time. In addition, the entire Swenson He team was a pleasure to work with for both Charlie and me. I serve on tiderC's board of advisors and have worked with Charlie throughout the relationship with Swenson He. I have been involved in software development and systems integration since 1978, and worked with a number of IT consulting firms. Swenson He is among the best of the best of the best.

Breaker partnered with Swenson He on developing a mobile version of our VOD desktop app. It was our first experience in developing apps for iOS and Android and they gave us fantastic guidance and helped us develop clear user loops and stories to achieve our goals. My name is Brandon Castaneda and I am a co-founder and current CEO of WaBee. WaBee is an app that earns you cashback on your purchases when you shop at local businesses. Before contracting Swenson He our project was in BAD shape. We needed to develop native apps for iPhone and Android and about 125 individual admin dashboard panels. In November of 2017 our company interviewed over 20 different software consulting firms throughout southern California. NONE of the other companies could compare to what Swenson He could offer. One thing that really impressed me is that everything is developed inhouse by senior level engineers. This was a big deal for us because we have had so many terrible experiences from outsourcing our project. Another thing that really sealed the deal for us was the design that they came up with. We walked in with wireframes that lacked personality and brand identity. They took those basic concepts we provided and turned it into an amazing design that is user-friendly and has its own brand identity. Since the launch of this version of the app, we have gotten so much positive feedback. Not only are users loving the app design but we are seeing that it is helping drive very high user retention.
