Review Summary

2 hires. 2 failures. In both cases it was apparent they didnt check the references, experience or qualifications. Both were not retained and when approached Genevieve Miller laughed at me over the phone. Easily the worst and least professional agency I have used

Hire of 2 employees for 2 different roles

What service was provided as part of the project?

Business Services

Describe your project in brief

We requested 2 Employees and both of which were not retained. Standard fee of 20% of salary was paid in time. In both cases neither had the qualifications, experience or background for the roles. It became apparent no due diligence on the firms part had been done. they claimed that it is the employers responsibility, Genevieve Miller laughed at me on the phone when a complaint was made.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They were relatively timely in a region which isn't employee rich

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Do due diligence on new hires in line with contact

Not laugh at customers when they come to them with a legitimate complaint

Not breech contractually agreed terms and stand behind their product
