About Biswajit Gupta - Owner

Have worked with different companies of repute like M/s Noble Paints, M/s JBA Printing Inks (Group of Advani Oerlikons), M/s Colour Cartons (Group of Jardine & Handersons), & M/s Glaze Polycoat. I started my career as a sales officer, and in this working tenure of 18 years, I rose to the level of all-India general manager of marketing.
 
Due to a car accident that impaired my visibility, I couldn’t pursue my working career. For the last twelve years, I have been using my expertise in running a consultancy service, M/s. Sycamore (I) Consultancy Services caters to the manpower requirements in various market segments, namely, printing, packaging & its allied, engineering, information technology, pharmaceutical and its allied, infrastructural, retail, service, logistics….

Being niche requirements, every industry requires different skill sets. We try to search for candidates from the same or allied type of industries so that they can be groomed and get entrenched in the culture and ethos of the company more quickly.
