What is the story behind starting this company?
Starting in 2015, we had the goal of creating tailor-made websites. That's the name Tailwebs! From there we’ve evolved to crafting products and innovating solutions customized for our clients' needs. We dream to ensure our clients’ ideas get crafted into a reality. We aim to transform big ideas into extraordinary experiences.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a talented team in-house to cater to all our requirements. Our handpicked team includes talented coders, designers, and marketers. We are capable of working in various areas of business and are willing to build our in-house team to meet the increasing demands.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
When we initially started the company, we found problems in various areas of the industry. The current industry lacks knowledge of the growth process of a product and does not focus on the entire cycle of creating, maintaining, and growing a product. We take a strategic view of an idea and have an efficient flow to craft the best out of the idea. Products developed with a narrow vision, tend to be mediocre, creating below-par user experience that is not desirable by stakeholders. We prioritize the client and user experience and work to ensure the best possible experience!

We have worked with a diverse set of clients from an even diverse range of industries and businesses. We have worked in the domains of retail, healthcare, finance, education, e-commerce, fashion, fin-tech, customer loyalty, government bodies, the energy sector, etc.

We will assign a point of contact immediately after project confirmation and this person will be available to the client team for any queries or issues, which will then be resolved and responded to at the earliest. We follow a pay-per-milestone structure, where we decide with the client what the major milestones are and how the final amount will be split.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We take projects based on the type of work and the amount of work and resources involved. We do not have a fixed minimum budget. We wish to work on projects that have high ambitions and want to achieve more. We want to scale the projects, make them better and make them achieve greater heights. We provide every available feature to achieve these.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
We have worked on projects ranging from 5 Lakhs INR to 50 Lakhs INR in the year 2022. Various projects have been done within this price range, with the prices depending on the work and resources involved.

Tailwebs has built the application from scratch and has been involved in the project to scale it further and increase the user base. It is an ongoing project, with various new features coming out on a regular basis and growing to be one of the most efficient and effective applications. As a testimonial to this, WAC has been ranked among the top 30 Finance Application in the UK. Tailwebs has been involved in application development, application testing, application consulting, application management and support. 

Currently, we are working to bring in voice assisted commands to the application, along with the app being usable in wearable devices. Widgets of the application are also soon to be released.

Aadhar India is a fintech company working in the microfinance sector, who bring door-step service to entrepreneurs in Indian Villages, with a potential that reaches 180 million households

The organisation faced a major problem in the loan dispersal process as it was long and tedious. With Tailwebs bringing in an efficient system and automating the processes, Aadhar India was able to drastically reduce the time it took to disperse a loan, from 10-25 days and 5-6 visits to just 3-4 days and 2 visits. Aadhar India was able to achieve 6x loan disbursement within a year of the new application being launched, 80% of bad loans were reduced and 70% of operations cost was cut. Tailwebs worked on developing the product, designing the UI/UX, building the application and creating an intelligent admin dashboard for streamlining the process.

It serves as a centralised platform for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the wider public to monitor and analyse India's RE sector. Tailwebs played a pivotal role as the product partner, working from the idea phase to the implementation of features and data display, to bring this dashboard to life.

Tailwebs and CEEW worked closely during the idea phase to define the objectives and scope of the dashboard. Tailwebs implemented a user-friendly interface that presents renewable energy data at both the state and national levels on a daily basis. The dashboard provides real-time tracking of various renewable energy parameters, including installed capacity, generation trends, and project status. Automated daily and monthly reports are generated and published on the platform, ensuring timely dissemination of key insights and analysis.

We had to create an E-commerce website for our brand which would help us in building a new sales channel for us also improving our branding and global reach.We chose to create a project on shoplify so that it could be easily handled by our in-house team and the integration with various marketing channel could be seamless.
