Our company recently opened a small branch office in Oman and needed to quickly set up the IT infrastructure. We opted to utilize TechIT Support's IT Infrastructure Managed Services to handle all the IT needs for our new Oman location. This ended up being an excellent decision that allowed us to focus on the business side while TechIT Support made sure our systems and infrastructure ran smoothly. Their technicians came onsite and installed servers, workstations, networking equipment, firewalls, and all necessary software. We now have a robust IT framework in place in our Oman branch. They identify issues proactively and perform maintenance like updates/backups regularly to optimize uptime and security. As a growing company without a large internal IT team, it made great financial sense to essentially “outsource” IT to a partner like TechIT Support. Their expertise in multi-platform environments and global support capabilities are superior to what we could have built internally.
