Please provide your feedback on how Goodfirms has contributed to increasing your visibility among potential clients.
We see Goodfirms not only as a lead generation tool but also as a strategic channel that enhances our brand reputation. By showcasing verified reviews and highlighting our expertise, the platform builds trust with potential clients even before the first conversation takes place. For us, this has translated into stronger business relationships and an ongoing flow of opportunities in key markets.
That’s why we continue to rely on this fantastic platform; it’s a valuable part of our growth strategy.
Please introduce your company and describe your role within the organization.
As a leader in staff augmentation, recruiting, and onboarding solutions, Techunting positions itself as a strategic partner in the success of world-class companies. We specialize in connecting highly skilled developers and technology professionals from Latin America with organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and beyond. By offering flexible, cost-effective, and scalable team solutions, we enable our clients to accelerate growth, reduce hiring challenges, and focus on innovation.
Our mission goes beyond simply filling roles; we aim to build long-term partnerships that drive business outcomes while also creating career opportunities for talent in Latin America to collaborate on projects with a global impact. This dual focus has allowed us to support startups, scale-ups, and enterprises across diverse industries, including fintech, healthcare, energy, and technology.
As CEO of Techunting, my role is to define the company’s vision and lead its global expansion strategy. I work closely with our leadership team to strengthen client relationships, build strategic alliances, and ensure that our services consistently deliver measurable value. At the same time, I place a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of adaptability, innovation, and collaboration that keeps Techunting at the forefront of the industry.
What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
Years ago, together with my partner and co-founder, Marcelo Teselman, we recognized a gap in Latin America: there wasn’t a solid company truly focused on identifying the best talent in the region (and beyond) while creating a work environment with high human value. We envisioned a company that not only connected top professionals with global opportunities but also genuinely cared for its people, offering transparency, growth, and respect, without false promises. Our goal was to build an organization where talent could thrive both personally and professionally.
Over time, this vision proved right. We achieved what we set out to do and even surpassed our own expectations. One of our proudest milestones was entering Israel, one of the most competitive and demanding technology markets in the world, where we grew significantly while continuing to expand in the United States. Today, our company not only partners with global clients but also stands out in the industry with an exceptionally low attrition rate of just 2%, one of the lowest in the market.
This journey reflects the essence of Techunting: building a people-first company where caring for talent drives sustainable success for both our professionals and our clients.
What are the core values and principles that drive your company's culture, and how do you ensure alignment with these values across your team?
At Techunting, our culture is built on honesty, transparency, and simplicity. We deeply care about people in all aspects, including our team members, our clients, and our partners. This people-first mindset ensures that we create an environment where trust, respect, and growth are not just encouraged but lived every day.
We also place strong emphasis on quality, teamwork, and reliability. For us, success is not about quick wins; it’s about building a solid and trustworthy company that acts as a true long-term partner to our clients. Our teams are driven by the belief that delivering excellence and working collaboratively will always create sustainable impact.
To ensure alignment with these values across our organization, we embed them into every stage of the employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to performance evaluation and leadership development. We also maintain open communication channels, provide continuous training, and lead by example at the executive level.
Can you highlight some of the key achievements or milestones your company has accomplished since its inception?
Since our founding, Techunting has reached several milestones that reflect both our growth and our impact on the global market:

- Industry leadership: For years, we have maintained leadership positions on platforms like Goodfirms, consistently ranking among the top companies in staff augmentation and recruiting.

- Commitment to innovation: Internally, we continue to adopt artificial intelligence and process improvements to enhance our efficiency and deliver greater value to our clients and talent.
These achievements are the foundation for our continued growth and proof that our people-first approach and commitment to excellence truly make a difference.
Could you explain your company's business model? Do you primarily operate with an in-house team or utilize third-party vendors/outsourcing?
We provide recruiting and staff augmentation services directly through our specialized internal team, serving clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Israel.
Beyond recruiting and talent placement, we also manage all the hardware, infrastructure, and logistics necessary to support our professionals. From competitive salaries, among the highest in the industry, to long-term growth opportunities, we create an environment where talent feels valued, supported, and motivated to stay and develop their careers.
This integrated model not only ensures that our clients receive top-quality teams but also drives one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry, making us a true long-term partner for sustainable growth.
How does your company differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?
What sets Techunting apart is our people-first approach. We go beyond traditional staff augmentation by genuinely caring for our talent and creating an environment where they can thrive both professionally and personally. This commitment translates into special benefits, competitive salaries that rank among the best in the region, and access to projects with highly demanding and innovative clients.
We also invest heavily in continuous growth. Our professionals benefit from structured career development plans, technical and soft-skill training, and mentorship opportunities that strengthen their long-term potential. In addition, we foster a warm and collaborative culture where employees feel connected and supported. To make the experience even more rewarding, we organize exclusive events in some of the most prestigious venues in the region, reinforcing both community and recognition.
How would you describe the dynamics within your team, and how do you foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals?
Our team operates with a highly collaborative and client-centric dynamic. From the very beginning, we focus on understanding each client’s needs in detail and defining the best way to support them. Once the requirements are clear, we assign a dedicated point of contact (POC) who works closely with both the client and our internal team to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Collaboration is key at every step of the process. In just a few days, our recruiters and delivery team work together intensively to identify and present the most suitable talent. From there, we manage the entire onboarding process end-to-end so that the professionals can become fully operational without delays.
But our involvement doesn’t stop there. On a daily basis, we accompany our people and client teams, supporting their development, addressing any needs that arise, and ensuring performance remains strong. We also schedule regular check-ins with clients to review progress together, reinforce alignment, and continuously improve outcomes.
What measures do you take to support the professional development and growth of your employees? Do you offer training programs or opportunities for skill enhancement?
At Techunting, we place a strong emphasis on the professional and personal growth of our people. We start by understanding the individual goals, aspirations, and needs of each team member. Based on this, we design customized career plans, both vertical, for those seeking leadership paths, and horizontal, for those who wish to broaden their expertise across different technologies or roles.
To support these plans, we provide access to a wide range of training opportunities. This includes courses in technical skills (hard skills) to stay ahead in fast-evolving technologies, as well as soft-skill development programs that strengthen communication, leadership, and teamwork. Our goal is to ensure that every professional at Techunting has the resources and guidance needed to become the best version of themselves, aligned both with their personal ambitions and the evolving demands of our clients’ businesses.
Could you share a notable success story or case study that exemplifies the impact your company has had on a client's business?
In two of our most significant clients in the United States and Canada—companies with 5,000-20,000 employees—we successfully built teams of 10–15 engineers each, and then added additional talent as the project needs evolved. Within these teams, approximately 20% of our professionals were recognized globally by the companies for their outstanding contributions. They received awards, bonuses, and even trips to the clients’ headquarters, earning the distinction of “Rockstars” for their work on highly complex, global projects.
One of those projects was about staffing and onboarding telecommunications engineers for AudioCodes, a top provider of advanced voice networking and media processing solutions for the digital workplace.
The company was looking for vendors with complex technical skills that could complement its in-house team to boost support and development processes and successfully modernize its products.
To solve this, we created an agile hiring process tailored to AudioCodes needs that allowed us to onboard all candidates in less than 2 weeks. We staffed their teams with telecommunications engineers experienced in voice networks and proficient in English, a challenging profile to find.
As a result, we exceeded metrics and goals, helping AudioCodes achieve a top company ranking in 6 months. Techunting managed all global payroll complexities and HR efficiently, allowing AudioCodes to focus on its core business. Additionally, we helped them reduce costs without compromising team quality and performance.
This success demonstrates how Techunting’s talent from Latin America can perform at the highest international level, delivering exceptional results that directly impact our clients’ businesses. By providing skilled, reliable, and motivated teams, we help our clients tackle challenging projects, elevate their operations, and compete among the top players in their respective industries.
What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?
Techunting primarily serves clients across several key industries, including banking, fintech, telecommunications, healthcare and telemedicine, and insurance services. Our expertise in these sectors allows us to provide highly specialized talent solutions that meet the unique challenges and demands of each industry.
We take pride in building long-term relationships with our clients, and a significant percentage of them choose to work with us repeatedly. While the exact ratio may vary by year, the majority of our clients are repeat partners, which reflects the trust and satisfaction they place in our teams.
What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?
We continuously research market trends and dedicate approximately 20% of our staff’s time to exploring and testing emerging technologies and solutions. This culture of experimentation has led us to successfully implement several AI-driven tools for recruiting, staffing, and hardware management. As a result, we have reduced our time-to-market by nearly 30% and significantly enhanced the strategic value of our services.
Additionally, we foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through internal webcasts and client-focused sessions. These forums allow us to exchange insights, evaluate new ideas, and promote continuous development across all areas of the company. By combining research, hands-on experimentation, and open collaboration, we ensure that Techunting remains at the forefront of industry innovation while delivering measurable improvements for our clients.
Please share some of the most sought-after services that clients approach your company for.
Clients most often come to Techunting for three key areas of expertise:
- Strategic partnerships: We act as a long-term staff augmentation partner, not just a service provider, helping clients scale their teams quickly and efficiently while aligning with their overall business objectives.
- Hardware and logistics expertise: Beyond staffing, we provide end-to-end support with hardware setup and logistics, ensuring that distributed teams are fully equipped and operational from day one.
- Recruiting excellence: Our recruiting team is highly specialized in identifying top talent across Latin America and beyond, delivering professionals who not only meet the technical requirements but also fit seamlessly into each client’s culture.
How do you build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, and what mechanisms do you have in place for gathering and acting upon client feedback?
At Techunting, we believe that strong client relationships are built on trust, transparency, and consistent communication. To nurture these relationships, we hold regular meetings with all our clients, ensuring that we stay aligned with their evolving needs and objectives. Whenever possible, our commercial team and founders make it a priority to visit clients personally or welcome them to our offices. These in-person interactions, combined with shared moments of camaraderie and teamwork, strengthen the bond beyond day-to-day operations.
Listening actively is central to our approach. We place great value on client feedback and work diligently to identify opportunities for improvement. Even the smallest mistakes are treated as learning opportunities; we analyze them thoroughly and implement corrective actions to continuously enhance our service.
How has your company adapted to changes and challenges in the business landscape, and what strategies have you employed to ensure resilience and sustainability?
Adaptability has been key to Techunting’s growth. One of the ways we have responded to changes and challenges in the business landscape is by investing in the continuous development of our people. We introduced a series of courses and workshops focused on soft skills, such as communication, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving, initially for our staff and progressively across the entire company.
What payment structure do you typically follow when billing clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (phases, months, versions, etc.)?
At Techunting, we primarily follow a Time & Materials (T&M) model. Clients are billed based on the actual hours worked by the professionals assigned to their projects, with payments structured on a monthly basis. This approach ensures transparency and flexibility, allowing clients to scale teams up or down depending on their needs while maintaining full visibility of costs.
Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?
Our minimum engagement starts at USD 3,500 per month. This threshold allows us to ensure quality service delivery while providing clients with access to highly skilled professionals and the full support of our internal team.
That said, we remain flexible in our approach. We understand that every client has unique circumstances and requirements, so we are open to exploring different ways to structure engagements in order to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Our goal is always to find the best way to make projects successful while maintaining the high standards that define Techunting.
Can you provide an overview of the price range (minimum and maximum) of the projects your company worked on in 2024?
- Banking: Projects ranged from USD 5,000 to USD 350,000 annually.
- Fintech: Projects ranged from USD 8,000 to USD 480,000 annually.
- Telecommunications (software & hardware): Projects ranged from USD 10,000 up to USD 1,500,000 annually.
- Health tech & biotech: Projects ranged from USD 5,500 to USD 550,000 annually.
What technological capabilities does your company possess, and are there any ongoing or planned investments in technology infrastructure or tools to enhance your services?
Techunting specializes in providing top-tier talent across a wide range of technological fields. We connect clients with professionals skilled in cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), AI engineering, machine learning, and data engineering, ensuring that companies have access to the expertise required to execute their projects successfully.
While we do not develop software in-house, we supply highly qualified engineers and technology specialists who are ready to implement, maintain, and optimize solutions across diverse environments. In addition, we can provide experienced professionals in marketing, sales, administration, strategic planning, and C-level positions, offering clients a comprehensive talent solution beyond technical roles.
To enhance our service delivery, we continuously invest in technology infrastructure and recruitment tools, including AI-driven talent sourcing, applicant tracking, and candidate assessment platforms. These investments allow us to identify and match the right professionals quickly and efficiently, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring the highest quality talent for our clients’ needs.
Where do you envision your company in the next 10 years? What are your long-term goals and aspirations for growth and development?
In the next 10 years, we envision Techunting as an even stronger and more recognized global brand. With the pace of growth we are experiencing and the steady flow of incoming projects, we anticipate expanding our team to over 3,000 professionals, further strengthening our capacity to serve clients across multiple regions and industries.
From a business perspective, we aim to achieve approximately 50 times our current revenue, reflecting the scale of opportunities we expect to capture and the growing demand for high-quality Latin American talent in global markets.
Beyond financial growth, our long-term aspiration is to continue building a company that combines world-class talent, innovative solutions, and a people-first culture, setting the standard for staff augmentation, recruitment, and strategic talent partnerships worldwide.
