The Addison Leigh Group's leadership team consists of company President, Brian K Lewis and Vice President, Quincy (Rich) Miller.

Brian's career features nearly 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership in public, private, and non-profit sectors - with domestic and global focus. His exceptional strategy development and policy setting experience, across functions including manufacturing, research and development, logistics, marketing and human resources, bring you best practices from around the globe. His entrepreneurial leadership experience in telecommunications, consulting and training and development place a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. A certified Executive and Business coach, Brian is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and Coaches Institute International.

Rich's experience consists of over 30 years of engineering and project management in nuclear, government and commercial projects and programs. He is an expert in all aspects of contract administration and programmatic and technical analysis. Rich's skills in developing budgets and program schedules and in managing multiple complex tasks, means your project will not exceed the time or funding allotted or fail to meet the specification. Rich has extensive engineering and management experience in the pulp and paper, tire, defense, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, textiles and petroleum industries. As a graduate of University of the State of New York and a 6 Sigma Green Belt, Rich provides the control, discipline and focus required to deliver exceptional results in every engagement.
