About The ALGORITM
The ALGORITM is an AI automation studio in Lévis, Québec. We work with owners of small service businesses who have everything going through them: quote requests, invoices, client follow-ups, emails.
We connect AI to the software the business already uses (QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, CRMs, messaging apps) and automate the work that comes back every week: quotes and estimates, invoicing and payment follow-ups, lead tracking, client onboarding, sales dashboards, public tender monitoring. Anything that goes out can stay a draft until the owner approves it. The automations and process docs belong to the client.
We build on n8n, including self-hosted at the client. Every project starts with a free 30-minute audit that names the owner's main bottleneck and the hours it costs.
