About The Alleen Company
The Alleen Company was founded by Harold Luehrman. Originally named Alleen Rents, after Harold’s wife, the business was located on Central Parkway and later moved to Cheviot Road. The company specialized in renting linens to restaurants and country clubs. Harold and Alleen’s son, Tim (Timmy) Luehrman inherited the business in 1968 and expanded the rental inventory to include tents, tables and chairs. The company continued to grow with the addition of festival booths, carnival rides, casino games and other festival equipment.
