My experience with The Free Website Guys has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I started this project over two months ago with high hopes, but my faith is now gone. Despite investing my time and money in hosting and a premium theme, there was no evidence a website was being built. My emails went unanswered for over a week, even when marked urgent, forcing me to troubleshoot on my own. When I wrote an honest public review, my contact saw it as an "attack" and unilaterally terminated my project. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability. They chose to abandon the project rather than take responsibility for two months of delays and poor communication. I strongly advise others to be aware of this before engaging with them. So far, my experience has been one of unfulfilled promises and a serious lack of integrity.
