The HR Impact

The HR Impact is a Sydney-based HR consultancy working with Australian small to medium businesses, leaders and HR professionals. Founded by Nicole Howe, the business provides practical, commercially grounded HR support across seven core services: outsourced HR management, employee relations and compliance advice, HR compliance reviews, HR project support, leadership training and mentoring, HR mentoring for HR professionals, and DISC assessments and workshops.

Every client works directly with Nicole. There are no account managers, no handoffs and no junior consultants. The HR Impact sits between large corporate HR providers and generic ad hoc consultants, offering the expertise and structure of an experienced HR function with the responsiveness and relationship focus that growing businesses actually need. The business serves clients across all industries, typically businesses with 20 to 200 employees that need confident HR support without the cost of a full-time hire.
