Room assignments are made according to expected attendance and based on available space at the time of your reservation. The Mandalay reserves the right to change your room assignment based on fluctuations in your guarantee or to accommodate multiple reservations.Room set-ups involving special equipment needs should be finalized well in advance so arrangements can be made to order said equipment. Notify your account representative of any AV equipment, special staging requests, extra draped tables, pipe & drape requirements and unusually long set-up or event preparations. Every attempt will be made to provide you with adequate time for you to set-up; however, hourly rates will apply for access to your function room after normal business hours.
