Number Ninjas is a partner-led financial advisory firm working with founders raising a first institutional round, funded teams reporting to a board, owners buying or selling, and accounting firms buying white-label capacity. Pre-seed through Series C, across the US, the GCC and Europe.

Founded and run by two partners, both out of advisory and IFRS audit at a UHY International member firm. A partner scopes every engagement and reviews every file before it leaves.

• Financial models & FP&A: Driver-based three-statement models that answer questions in the room rather than raising them. Revenue built bottom-up from what you control, headcount tied to the plan, every assumption labelled and sourced.

• Fractional CFO & controller: Board reporting, rolling forecasts and a close that lands on day 8 instead of week 3, without a permanent hire.

• Accounting & bookkeeping: Accounts you can report from the moment they close.

• Tax filing & planning: US federal, state and local, including multi-state and foreign-owned entities. Prepared and signed by a licensed US CPA firm we work with.

• Quality of earnings: Sell-side and buy-side. Normalised EBITDA with every adjustment evidenced, plus working capital and net debt, so the adjustments get found before a buyer finds them.

• Business valuation: 3 cross-checked methods. Where they disagree we say so, because the disagreement tells you which argument the other side will make.

• Investor materials: Pitch decks, business plans and teasers built from your model rather than retyped out of it, so the documents and the numbers never contradict each other.

• White-label for accounting firms: Wholesale bookkeeping and year-end overflow capacity under your own brand.
