We are expecting to see a rise in the need for serviced office suites for several reasons; co-working is going to be constrained due to the need for physical distancing and we believe that professionals who previously worked in communal environments like coffee shops and open plan business centres will now be looking to rent private offices where they can have their own safe space with control over their immediate working environment.
