The Way Studio
Event management and film production in Dubai, from idea to delivery
Overview
About The Way Studio
The Way Studio is a Dubai event management and film production company (WAY FZ LLC, Meydan). We take on projects where the live moment and the film need to come from the same idea and the same team.
Our event work covers government ceremonies, cultural festivals, forums, award nights, brand launches, activations and exhibition stands: concept and narrative, stage and spatial design, run of show, supplier and build management, and show calling on the day.
Our film work covers brand films, event and stage content, aftermovies, campaigns and original short films. We write, storyboard, shoot and finish in house, in Arabic and English.
In 2026 we designed the opening ceremony of the 26th Sharjah International Narrator Forum and produced its opening film, Al Rawy, written by H.E. Aisha Rashid Al-Hissan Al-Shamsi and directed by our founder Youssef Akef. We also staged the Sharjah International Award for Cultural Heritage ceremony. Our work holds two Guinness World Records.
Clients include the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, Dubai Police, ALDAR, ARADA, Majid Al Futtaim, ENOC, Toyota, Lexus, Cinema City and Al Ain Zoo.
