Describe your project in brief

The web development agency, Thecon, was hired to create an online store for external batteries. The objective was to provide our customers with an easy and convenient way to browse and purchase from our range of products, whether at home or on the go.

Thecon succeeded in creating a platform that is easy to navigate, with a clean and modern design, that loads quickly and is optimized for mobile device use.

In addition to this, they implemented an efficient and secure shopping cart system, and integrated several payment options, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The team's dedication, professionalism, and technical expertise stood out the most. They were thorough in their work, provided insightful suggestions, and always had our business's best interests at heart. They made sure to deliver a project that not only met but exceeded our expectations.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

It's hard to pinpoint any negatives in our experience with Thecon. If I had to mention something, it would be that at times the technical jargon they used was a bit complex for a non-tech savvy person, but they were always willing to explain things in simpler terms when asked.
