The solution was to build a comprehensive custom portfolio management system that manages all data and operations across many departments, mostly marketing and sales. The system manages products and product lines, price lists, information flow, sales materials, document signatures, and various other functions. It has become the main source of all data.

The challenge for us was to design the system correctly and functionally. Each of their products has over 100 different parameters, so a reasonable data model was necessary. Additionally, their product catalog is imported from four different files that complement and update each other. Therefore, we had to carefully set up the logic to ensure we did not lose any data.

SGAT stands for the SBAS Geometry Analysis Tool, a satellite-based Augmentation system. Our software company, Touch4IT, developed the application, which was financed by the European Space Agency (ESA) as part of PECS. SGAT is a key project that has provided us with a wealth of expertise, experience, and knowledge, enabling us to develop similar space or aerospace-related projects. 

We aimed to create a tool, gain experience, and establish a presence in the space industry. Despite challenges in meeting strict ECSS standards, SGAT overcame obstacles and transformed several space industry processes. This tool includes features like defining satellites, ground stations, and ionospheric points, streamlining user experience, and reducing setup time. SGAT showcases our dedication to advancing space technology, giving us the expertise to develop more tools in the future.

We developed a comprehensive mobile application for our client, which is currently serving users in specific locations across Slovakia. The app:

  • It displays cloud information in both 2D and 3D (via AR) and offers detailed insights into cloud cores, including their direction, speed, distance, and altitude.
  • Provides a 50-minute weather forecast.
  • Sends notifications about hazardous weather phenomena (strong winds, heavy rain, hail, snowstorms, etc.).

A significant advantage is that the client's radars provide extremely precise cloud information, surpassing the accuracy of most meteorological stations in Slovakia. This allows, for example, farmers to make better-informed decisions based on highly accurate data.

The MySkyWatch mobile application is intended for everyone engaged in outdoor activities, and professionals working outdoors, including farmers, river swimmers, or individuals organizing outdoor events and celebrations.

The primary challenge of this project was ensuring the continuous supply and distribution of Lecigimon, a medication with a short expiration date that requires specific storage conditions. The process takes about six months from ordering to delivery, so there’s a risk that the drug could expire before it reaches patients. To overcome this challenge, the solution focuses on keeping users informed about inventory levels, planning consumption, optimizing orders, and sending timely notifications for reordering. This ensures that patients receive their medication on time without interruption. The solution works seamlessly on desktop and mobile devices, with notifications sent via email and SMS.

To address these challenges, we developed a web platform that streamlines the purchasing and distribution of Lecigimon. This ensures patients receive their cartridges promptly and prevents medication from going unused due to expiration. The web application is accessible only to authorized users, and its responsive design ensures compatibility with both desktop and mobile browsers.

We developed a custom mobile AR app for the client’s sales team. The app allows the user to select a fuel station based on specific parameters (the company's product), load a 3D model of the station, and place it in a real-world environment to capture a photo for the customer. This allows the customer to visualize the station in a specific location. Additionally, the salesperson can generate an initial offer directly through the app, streamlining the deal process.

We created a so-called "unlisted" application for the client, which is not publicly searchable but accessible to select users via a specific link.

We developed a native mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms, providing a comprehensive solution for Electric Vehicle (EV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) owners. We have developed a fully functional and innovative custom software, thanks to which visitors at the Annaberg ski resort can quickly and easily purchase lift tickets and other attractions through a kiosk. We designed this solution to be intuitive for visitors, ensuring the entire purchase process is fast and simple.

We took care of the entire infrastructure of the solution, including operating the device and interfacing with the POS system, financial management system, etc.

During software development, we handled integrations with third-party tools. For example, we integrated payment gateways (Fiskaltrust, GP Webpay) and ticketing information systems (SKIDATA, Axess).

The BigHeart platform empowers its members to communicate effectively, create content, and share their activities and events with others. It also supports organizing video conferences for groups of any size, from one-on-one sessions to thousands of participants.

A robust virtual group system enhances social outcomes and connects communities. Transforming traditional, in-person programs into virtual support groups brings proven programs, services, and support networks online. This allows trusted organizations to efficiently form new human connections, share knowledge, and encourage lasting behaviors that uplift more people to better health, work, wages, wealth, and opportunity.

After taking over the project, our first step was to ensure comprehensive maintenance of the existing system built on Ruby on Rails technology. Subsequently, we actively started working on modernizing existing features and developing new system components. The goal was to optimize the platform's functionality, fine-tuning its core and secondary features and enabling users to navigate and effectively work with it quickly. We also created a new UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, reflecting a modern look and intuitive controls for patients and providers.

We sat down with the client at the outset and, according to his requirements and ideas, designed a complete set of custom tech solutions that fulfill his purpose and vision of informing and educating people. 

First, we developed a clear web portal with basic information about the attraction, a gallery, ticket information, and a quiz visitors can participate in.

We developed a mobile application (iOS and Android) based on Unity. In it, users can play a game, participate in a quiz, view 360-degree panoramic shots of the Tatra peaks, and explore the tower through augmented reality.

As one of the features of the mobile application, we created a portal - the so-called "Narnia" - which allows you to "transport" yourself to the tower's environment from the comfort of your home. You enter augmented reality through the portal on your phone, finding yourself at the tower's base in a snowy setting where you can explore it.

We developed an intelligent chatbot with access to complex internal documents about the company's projects - including the project's idea, all detailed information, approval details, project documentation, and project results. It can answer all questions regarding the information from these documents, extract structured data from them, and verify their accuracy. The chatbot can also generate a simple report summarizing all relevant information for the employee it interacts with.

An employee (as the user) opens the AI chatbot and asks a question. The chatbot then refines the task, verifying if it correctly "understood" the employee's request. Once the employee confirms the refinement, the chatbot begins to sift through all the data and creates a direct message for the employee with the sought-after answer.
