Touch Zen Media excels in its ability to communicate swiftly and resolve issues promptly, setting a high standard for customer service in the realm of app development. Their strength lies in their responsiveness and efficiency when it comes to addressing user concerns and technical glitches.
They seem to know and understand well the business and how to best achieve things.

What Users Like The Least

We really haven't had any major complaints about TouchZen media since we have started working with them.
While they are quick to address issues as they arise, there may be instances where bugs or glitches persist over multiple updates.

Cyrus had a detailed conversation with us prior to beginning with zentouch. He was able to articulate the process and let us know the foreseen obstacles. It was not an easy task but they were able to accomplish the goal and surpass it.

Finally Found the Right Team

We had a specific issue that we brought to the TouchZen team. We had previously hired several agencies to fix our issue, in which they were all unsuccessful. The TouchZen team quickly analyzed the issue and got to work immediately. The project was led by Cyrus who made the process easy and efficient.
