In 1981, the world’s first laptop was unveiled; Muhammad Ali retired and the Rolling Stones released their infectious worldwide hit single “Start me up”. It was also the year the partners of respected Melbourne law firm, Collins & Stephens, recognised the need for a professional and personable debt recovery service with legal expertise. With this in mind, Traders Collection Services was established.
