Advice: Avoid working here. There are no positives to mention. TRANSHOME is far from an ideal workplace, lacking structure and proper management. It feels more like a family-run business with no real oversight from management or HR. The team is disorganized, and they often hire unqualified individuals, negatively affecting the mental health of others who are good and completely disrupting the work-life balance of good employees. There's no reward for hard work—no bonuses, no salary increases, and it's nearly impossible to get a day off. The company is out of touch with industry standards, frequently delaying payments to both linguists and vendors, and salary delays are common. Management seems more focused on their own profits while claiming there's no money for raises or timely payments, as if we're stuck in a bygone era.

The climate is excellent. The treatment is brotherly and the whole team helps each other. There is no undue pressure to accept unwanted tasks. There is a real respect for specialisation.
