(TCI), was founded in 1980 by Jim Cowart and his son Jim Cowart, Jr. He assumed the leadership role in 1985 and has built a highly successful asset-based full-service freight transportation company (TCI). The business group offers International and Domestic transportation services within Mexico, the United States, and Canada. TCI specializes in Dry Van, Refrigerated, Flatbed, Step Deck, and over-dimensional freight movement. There are physical locations in Pharr, TX, Laredo, TX, and Dallas, TX that provide a variety of storage, cross-dock, trans-loading, and maintenance services.
