What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
a company one can rely and trust to learn,develop skills and expertise.\ Eventhough senior Management is very strict who is committed to the clients and partners encourages to keep up professional ethics one can abosultely assured about their persoanl and professional development working with the company. Empathy and affection when one in need without looking at any constraints is what I like about the management - attractive factor to stick with the company longterm.TH
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Younger staff who tried misutilse companys support and resources for own selfish motive without realising a company given an opportunity for them to get trained & groom. Mangement was often pardoning them.
