Each team member has to pass an on-site, (no books, no Google, no iPhone) written test that takes approximately 2 hours to complete. (Yes, we’ll even give you a Red Bull if you need one to finish). Passing the competency test is just the beginning. Each of us is required to take an online exam with each new ACT! version, testing our knowledge of the latest product and all the new technology involved. Simply put, we find, hire and train the most talented individuals and we work hard to keep them. - We’ve been around.
