Triple S Properties, Inc.,developed in 1990 by Mike Seitz is a residential and commercial real estate development company.  For the over 20 years we have built over 1000 homes.  We started out in 1990 with just a few rental properties, but then started doing land developments and looking at more ways to expand.  In 1998 we started building apartment complexes.
