TZero Consultancy is the AI advisory, build and training practice of Faster Frames Corporation, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We help organisations get AI out of the demo stage and into production, and we stay to make sure it works.

Most AI projects stall for the same reasons: pilots that never reach production, AI bolted on beside existing systems, unpredictable token and model costs, no visibility into what the AI is doing, and security teams that rightly say no. We work on exactly those blockers.

Our approach: we assess your systems and highest-value use case, build it inside your own infrastructure with observability and guardrails from the start, and hand over runbooks, training and ownership so your team can run it without us. A typical first outcome takes 4 to 6 weeks; larger programmes take two to three months.

What we work on: secure production agents with human approval on every action; Microsoft Agent 365 and Copilot agents, including governance and rollout; tracing, evals and monitoring; AI cost control (token budgets, model routing, caching, usage visibility); private and local models where data cannot leave your network; safe MCP integrations; and team training.
