We are a Ukraine based digital agency with 30+ specialists in the team.

Willowbathandvanity specializes in manufacturing and selling premium bathroom vanities, ranging in price from $750 to $4,550. Their cabinets come with options for one or two washbasins, or without, and their website offers customization choices for covers, sinks, and faucet configurations for each model.

After conducting a thorough audit of the Google Ads account, we identified the necessary changes and got to work. Our approach included:

  1. Search Brand Campaign (Competitive Brand Name):

Targeting the brand’s home state initially, then gradually expanding to individual cities and states based on performance metrics from the past 2-3 months in Google Analytics reports. To minimize spending during the conversion location search phase, we targeted the most affluent ZIP codes in the state. Once these areas started generating consistent conversions, we expanded to cover the entire state.

2. Remarketing:

We launched display ads targeting visitors and cart additions from the past 1, 2, 3, and 7 days, segmented into separate ad groups for better cost and performance management. Additionally, we implemented a manual bidding strategy.

3. Local Campaigns:

We deployed new Performance Max campaigns targeting both showroom locations—specifically, the city and a 10-mile radius around each showroom. We also included major cities in the state nearest to the showrooms but not within the radius. In search and shopping campaigns, these locations were added to exclusions to prioritize local traffic.

Audience Signals were enhanced by integrating Buyers from GA4 data, providing the system with insights into our target audience and popular search trends in our niche.

4. Performance Max for low-converting products, which in 3 months brought 1-2 sales conversions and without objects (ie, like usual shopping).

Building upon our solid sales performance on Google Ads, we crafted a comprehensive promotional strategy for other advertising networks. With client approval, we commenced advertising on Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Promotion in 4 advertising networks and a significant increase in the recognition of the client in the market;

From 0 profit in Jan 2023 to ROAS 2063% in CPC channel in Jan 2024.

DEVELOPING A ROBUST LINK-BUILDING APPROACH

We meticulously crafted a robust link-building strategy for Costacover.com, recognizing the site’s current lack of external links. The primary objective was to enhance the site’s credibility and significance in the eyes of search engines.

Our focus was on securing article links from donor domains with high authority rankings and minimal spam presence. In addition to these article links, we tapped into crowdsourced links originating from forums boasting a domain authority (DR) of at least 30. This dual approach broadened our sources of external links and bolstered the search engines’ confidence in Costacover.com.

Our strategy is designed to incrementally bolster the count of external links, all the while steering clear of any potential penalties from search engines. A pivotal aspect of this link-building plan is its organic nature, aimed at acquiring links in a natural manner. All articles and crowdsourced links were procured from reputable and pertinent websites, ensuring they aligned with the site’s geographical focus and relevant subject matter. This adherence to quality and relevance facilitated an authentic and unforced acquisition process.

The Willow Bath and Vanity store operates in the USA and is engaged in the manufacture, sale, and installation of bathroom furniture. They need email marketing to promote their showrooms and increase sales.

Challenges:

·      No email marketing before.

·      Almost no discounts from the store.

·      Price for vanities is above average.

Solution:

For email campaigns, we chose the Klaviyo service, as it is one of the most convenient and flexible options available at the moment. After the basic setup of the service, we uploaded our existing database and conducted validation to filter out inactive and fake email addresses. To warm up the account for the existing database, we created several emails that were sent to the database over two months, with an average of two emails per month. After this, we identified a segment of users who unsubscribed, and we excluded them from future mailings.

In parallel with warming up the account, we worked on creating automatic mailings. We have prepared the main automations: abandoned cart, abandoned view, and welcome series. A pop-up on the website was also created for the Velka series, which offers to subscribe in exchange for a bonus. The main task of pop-up and welcome series is to increase the base of subscribers.

The welcome series includes 3 emails:

email 1 - bonus from pup-up;

email 2 - offer to subscribe to our social networks

email 3 - products from the best sellers category

Promotional emails allow us to advertise specific product categories, increase brand recognition, and strengthen our connection with the audience.

 Results:

·      Conversion rate from emails of more than 5%

·      Avg. open rate for emails 60%

·      We generated more than $100K in revenue in less than 5 months.
