After spending 12 years working in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Training Management in the corporate sector, I decided to start my own company and offer Human Resource solutions to smaller businesses. These businesses very often do not have the financial means to have a Human Resources department but still need to comply with legislation and the ever changing human resource requirements.

As a company emblem I chose the Baobab tree being the symbol of endurance, conservation, creativity, ingenuity and dialogue. This is supported by two human hands. The Baobab is a prehistoric tree that is highly adapted to its environment as are our human resource offerings and solutions that we bring to your company. We customise our offerings to best suit your company’s needs.

The Baobab tree is seen as a provider as would our company be for your company. The Baobab is home to bats, birds, hawks and owls that feed upon the mice that live among the tree’s roots. The Baobab also stores water and the leaves and white flowers can be used as food for humans. The black seeds are edible and when cooked provide a substitute for coffee. The white pulp of the fruit can be boiled into a sherbet-like lemonade that is high in Vitamin C. The husk can be used as calabash. During times of drought, elephants eat the bark which can also be used to make rope, roofing material and clothing.
