Up&More is a digital marketing agency founded in Warsaw in 2014. We run Google Ads, Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads, SEO and AI search optimisation, mobile app marketing, social media and analytics, and we measure our work in sales and leads, not reach.

Awards: 10 wins and 33 finalist placements in industry competitions 2015–2025, including 9 at the European Search Awards. Six ESA wins in 2022–2024, the most of any Polish agency in that period. AI search (GEO): since 2025 we grow clients' presence in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We analyse query fan-out, the actual sub-queries these models run and the sources and brands they cite, and build content that gets cited. We have run ChatGPT Ads since September 2026, among the first agencies in Poland.

How we work: ad, analytics and Search Console accounts belong to the client; our fee is quoted separately from media and external costs; one-month notice period; every client is handled by a named specialist with at least 3 years of experience, never a junior, with direct contact; one specialist handles 5–15 clients. Minimum project: €1,000.
