Because we were performing pre-launch promotion for our app, we needed the developers to take a special approach to the project in order for it to be submitted on time. In fact, it's the reason we chose to create a cross-platform software for our target market. We weren't concentrating on a specific OS or device because we wanted to reach a larger audience. Because the majority of mobile app companies go for the same business strategy and the level of competition is often strong, it was quite a problem.
