MITI, is an easy-to-use, fast-expanding mobile banking application that connects rural consumers to the world of online purchasing on credit. It is creating a social impact by increasing access to financial services for rural consumers.

With mobile banking and digital payments, it aims to bring access to quality goods and services to millions of rural households across Kenya, creating an opportunity for consumers to make credit purchases using their financial services.

User Interaction and User experience design for a leading payments solution provider ERP system.

The ERP has multiple dashboards for displaying reports and data necessary for day-to-day working of the organization. The reports and data tables have different views for multiple user roles.

User personas were created to understand user pain points and rectify the same through the design solution. The charts in reporting have been redesigned after usability testing to accomodate vast volume of data and show accurate report at a glimpse. The reports also provide real-time data, historical view and timeline view.

Design validation was done to further fine tune task flows at multiple stages from wireframing to prototyping using a clickable interactive demo.

The redesigned system is now more userfriendly and as a reult more efficient for the end user, thus saving precious manhours in a large scale organization.

A virtual shopping assistant for website in Dutch language.

The inteeligent chatbot presents Product list to shoppers and based on their selection and intent show products / services. This shopping bot has conversational capabilities and helps shoppers with product discovery. The chatbot is intelligent to make conversational inferences and uses personalized messages to increase customer engagement.

Such always accessible chatbot elevates online shopping experience and in-turn helps store sales!

Shoppers can even set an appointment with store for Product servicing or store pickup. Chatbot is integrated with Google Calendar to facilitate shopper to add a reminder to their calender. Appointment is booked in few clicks by asking simple inputs like date, time, event, email-id.

The chatbot flow is handled by Dialogflow. Google suggestion chips were used for displaying product list or services dynamically to shoppers.

This is a unique communication platform for doctors linked through hospitals, societies, and various events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings. This single app helps doctors communicate with colleagues and fellow members, discuss professional challenges within a group, communicate one-on-one, get information on various professional events and register online, and keep track of CME points and certificates.This platform also serves as backbone for hospitals and societies for formal and secured communication with their associates and members. WeMedico can quickly be adapted by organiser for an event wherein participants can collaborate, share, discuss, and socialise during, pre and post event.

We developed a responsive content management based website for a Municipal Corporation in Maharashtra. It empowered the staff to manage contents with ease without any support from IT personnel. The multi-lingual website hosted information on various citizen services, government department and more.
