I have started my carrier as an android developer in 2012. While experiencing and viewing technology around me, I saw that there is good scope in mobile development services so I started the company in 2013. We are looking forward and right now we have more than 100+ employee.
What are your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
In 2013 when I started the company at that time we were doing 100% outsourcing and now in 2018, we are doing 80% in-house product and 20% outsourcing.
How is your business model beneficial from a value-added perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Most of the companies charge much money after the product is delivered, while we only charge the services of any additional new functionality, which is added from our side. If there are any bugs or errors in the previous build application or software, we provide the services at free of cost.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
Making wireframe and Preparing Design
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
It depends on the complexity of the application. If the application is simple then it takes nearly 30 working days and the very small application takes even 5-6 days. For a complex application, we are doing the work form last 2 years.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
There are 4 important key parameters:-
(1) Security: When reviewing the security features of MADPs (Mobile application development platforms), enterprises must take a note of compliance with industry standards, system monitoring and data encryption capabilities. The leading vendors such as Microsoft,
PhoneGap and comply with industry standards and facilitate multi-level security for your app.
(2) Integrated Development Environment: When analyzing the mobile application development tools, consider the options available for app development. Discuss the type of app your developers plan to create and the development resources available at hand. Try to estimate the future app requirements, keeping in mind that they are varied and likely to change.
(3) Integration with Third-Party Systems: An effective MADP will have the ability to seamlessly integrate with third-party tools and technologies that touch the app throughout its lifecycle. For example, Xamarin integrates with Visual Studio and other third-party frameworks and libraries to allow you to build apps for Android, iOS, and Windows.
(4) Different App Types: The first step in picking the right mobile app development solution is to determine the device types each MADP supports. Create a list of tools that enable you to build native apps, cross-platform apps or both for popular mobile Operation Systems (Android, iOS, and Windows) and different devices (smartphones and tablets). The differentiation becomes easier when a platform supports additional Operating Systems and devices.
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
I prefer Native Development because we can scale application when it becomes complex. So Android Studio and Xcode for native Development.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
Of course, Native, because it becomes very easy if we need to make a new research. Also, we get some help with many forums as compared to hybrid. While in hybrid, it’s very hard to make new functionalities which are not available in the market.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
While keeping in mind the complexity of the application, we check how many hours and how many developers it takes to complete product.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We prefer to Pay per Milestone with fix cost and sometimes we also prefer Pay per Feature.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our minimum budget requirement is $1000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
We have created projects with a minimum cost of $1000 to the maximum cost $50000 in 2018.
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
For success in mobile application, the key point is user engagement. If the client makes a good product with good user engagement then there is no chance to fail.
