We ensure that during all written and verbal communication with the borrowers, a civil manner is adopted for interaction and we do not route to any undue harassment or use of muscle power for recovery of debts.
We inform the borrowers about the details of dues, verbally in initial phase in order to secure the privacy of the borrower. If required our recovery team will visit them and always deliver the authority letter in collection of dues.
Our recovery agents are specially trained and bound by the code of conduct and will always ensure to handle their responsibility with care and sensitivity, in particular aspects like hours of calling, privacy of customer information etc.
