“Run as fast as you can. Dysfunctional company to work for”
Company managed by a dysfunctional family who hire people from the streets to work as "certified medical interpreters" without any kind of certification - so they can pay them whatever they want and charge all they want to the insurance companies. No respect for the Medical Interpreters. They will also work in a way that they will always pay less money than the real time worked... sometimes 3 or 4 patients in just one hour - but they will charge 3 or 4 hours to the different insurance companies. They have their son managing the interpreters at Orlando health and the guy doesn't even know anything about translation or interpretation, but he does know how to disrespect people and play Big Boss :)
