Via Offices

We are VIA Offices – a Manchester based “serviced office” provider. Our first business centre, Conavon Court, opened in January 2011 and our latest, Halifax House opened on 1st September 2015. We are also very excited about our third Manchester business centre scheduled for early 2016 so watch this space!

You may have guessed, we love Manchester! Thats why at the lowest point of the worst economic recession of this generation, we invested in Manchester whilst many went running to the hills. We never lost faith that Manchester would bounce back stronger. And with it so would we and you.

Very early on, Conavon Court saw steady growth and some of those first clients are still with us to this day…so we must be doing something right.
In more recent times, growth has been exceptional as we often run out of vacant offices.

The demand for our office spaces has encouraged us to open more business centres so in September we opened Halifax House Business Centre. Both business centres are completely different; Conavon Court is a Grade 2 listing building with exposed beams and brickwork, whereas Halifax House is corporate with clean and contemporary lines.
