UAB "Vilniaus Tranzitas" (Joint Stock Company "Vilnius transit") was established in 1994 in the territory of former warehouses and transport depot. Following the order of Customs department in 1995, Customs Cargo Post was opened in the UAB Vilniaus Tranzitas premises, and an Import-export terminal was opened in 1996 which was one of the first in Lithuania. Since UAB 1999 "Vilniaus Tranzitas" belongs to the group of logistics companies "AD REM Group".
