The client approached VSPL with a unique requirement. They have a Multi-Tenant PBX solution and wish to become a reseller of Multi-Tenant WebRTC and Contact Center services. We had to develop a management system for users, partners, and telecom providers with multiple role-based user support. The front-end WebRTC portal is a browser-based phone solution with many features that allow the end-users to make or receive calls and even transfer them. The different admin roles with varying rights can add/edit users, policies, servers, licenses, and button profiles on the backend.

We need to create a Solar CRM which will serve as lead management and solar installation job management and follow-up. The lead will come into the system and be assigned to a user of the CRM. The user will send a proposal with packages. If the lead accepts the proposal, the lead will be converted into a customer. The CRM user will then be able to create a job for the installation team and follow up for the same till the job is completed.
 

1. The system has mainly three users super admin, branch admin, and installer team. The Super admin is the main user of the system.

2. Super admin will create different branches and all branches will act like a different franchise of the main solar company, also the super admin will create a lead, and prepare estimation and quotation.

3. Branch admin will be a franchise of the main solar company. Branch admin can able to create leads, send proposals, prepare estimations, create sub-user of the branch, create solar jobs, and assign them to the installer team. Branch admin can able to create and manage invoices, tickets, tasks, reminders, manage calendars.

4. Installer team portal is a mobile-responsive portal. As the branch admin will assign the solar job to the installer team then they will get notified, as the installer team will accept the job then the job will start. Now installer team can scan the barcode of the solar panel, capture the photos of the panel, inverter, and batteries, and also can take the signature of the customer.

The founding of Vindaloo Softtech is the result of unexpected twists and turns. On the completion of my post-graduate studies in Australia, I came to India with hopes of making a mark in the financial markets. But guess what? My initial adventure faltered, and it made me do various odd jobs to make ends meet. During those tough times, a new vision began to take shape.
