In 2005, Patrick Caracciolo and Laxson Boyd combined their well-established consulting practices – Wadsworth Consulting, Inc. and Whitestar Management Consultants, Inc. – to form Wadsworth Whitestar Consultants.  In the years since, Wadsworth Whitestar has become one of the most respected turnaround consulting firms in its market.

Wadsworth Whitestar is a boutique consulting firm narrowly focused on providing a comprehensive range of advisory services to stressed and distressed businesses.  We are selective about our engagements, seeking out the complex, challenging projects that many others avoid.  Over the years we have resisted the temptation to leverage our reputation and expand the scope and scale of the firm, choosing instead to maintain a small staff of dedicated professionals who take personal ownership of each engagement.  And, while we have chosen to limit our growth, Wadsworth Whitestar has demonstrated time and again that we are able to deploy the resources required to successfully manage large, complex projects.
