Carol's dad was the first college graduate in his family. He and her Mom taught me and my brother and sister to value education.  Well, because I needed to not go to school anymore, I wrote a dissertation and received a Ph.D Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University.  She uses change management and agile methodology when approaching an organization's challenges.
