WIP was born from their desire to provide freelancers and business leaders with an efficient, pleasant and accessible working tool. The result of this ambition, the transformation of this empty plateau into an attractive coworking space was carried out by the works of the architectural office Admos, which occupies the upper floor in the same building. The collaboration with another neighbor, the Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, does not suffer any doubt given the common shareholding of the project leaders but also and above all the richness and diversity of the services offered which constitute real added value for coworkers.
