Every engagement starts with a free AI audit: we interview the owner and key staff, map where the team's hours go, and deliver a written, prioritized AI roadmap with quick wins first and estimated hours and dollars for each recommendation.

After the audit, we set up tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Zapier and Make.com, train staff hands-on with their real work, and build the first automations together. Our approach is done with you, not for you, so the client owns every workflow. Most teams are working on their own within two to four weeks.
