Xamun is an AI transformation company for enterprise and government, working from London, the Dubai AI Campus at DIFC, and Manila. We take one operational bottleneck, agree the number that proves it is gone, build the fix, and run it inside your operation until that number holds. We are paid on the result, through one of two doors: Usage, a small fee per transaction the system processes, or Licence, one capital fee with full source delivered. Scope changes are never billed, and for three years after done, if the number slips we re-engineer it free.

Every system follows our Two Minds architecture: a deterministic engine holds rules, calculations and audit and has the final say; a governed language model handles language and is never the last word. In the Gulf this is built for Dubai's agentic-AI mandate, PDPL data residency and DIFC Regulation 10, with shipped OS Series products for real estate (RERA escrow, Ejari), maritime, health and financial services.
